Our unique Helping Hand service.

Helping Hand is freely available to all menu plan owners and their family from the moment they take out cover. It provides access to 24-hour helplines and wide range of practical, medical, and personal support - including things like specialist physiotherapy, a personal cancer nurse, speech therapy, or a bereavement counselling. And the help is there free of charge for as long as it is needed.

Lifestyle Protection.

We also offer a simpler online protection plan through Internet intermediaries, called Lifestyle Protection. This includes life cover or life or critical illness cover but does not include our Helping Hand service.
