We often carry out research with our members to find out their views on things such as our communications and our new branding, introduced in 2010.

The results are used to influence the style, content and focus of our communications. In April of each year we mail an AGM pack to all members and their feedback has been invaluable in ensuring we make those packs as informative as possible.

Input from our members, as well as other stakeholders, was also used to influence the style of our ‘Financial Sense’ branding. Royal London is owned by our members and we believe it’s very important they have a say in how we operate.
