Refuge Assurance (under brand name Refuge Assurance, Refuge Life, United Friendly)
United Friendly Insurance (under brand name United Friendly)
If so, the Royal London PPFM applies to your policy.

Scottish Life after 30 June 2001
If so, the Royal London PPFM applies to your policy.

Scottish Life before 1 July 2001
The “Scottish Life” PPFM applies to all with profits policies issued by Scottish Life before 1 July 2001. If you increased your regular premiums or paid additional lump sum premiums from 1 July 2001 then the “ Royal London ” PPFM applies to the part of your policy covered by these premiums.

Was your policy previously with Phoenix Life Assurance Limited?

If so, the PLAL with profits sub-fund PPFM applies to your policy.
