In 2007 we completed research to find out what our members would like us to tell them more about and the best ways for us to communicate.

The results were used to update the Summary Financial Statement (SFS), which is sent to all members in April along with their Annual General Meeting (AGM) voting pack.

To monitor our progress and ensure we're making appropriate improvements, in 2008 we looked again to our members for feedback.  This time our focus was specifically on the SFS, looking particularly at changes made from the previous year.

The feedback was encouraging, showing great improvements have been made, while also highlighting areas which need further work. We are using this invaluable feedback to once again improve our communications to meet the needs of our members.

Our 2008 SFS will be posted to all members in April 2009, along with their AGM invitation and voting pack.
