Communicating with our members, as with all customer communication, is important to Royal London Group.
We want to ensure that every time we are in contact with you, we communicate in a way which is most convenient for you.
In 2007 we completed research to find out what members would like us to tell them more about and the best ways for us to communicate. We use the results of this research to ensure the information we send you is relevant but also sent to you in the most convenient style.
