Royal London Asset Management announces the promotion of Stephanie O'Boyle from Asset Manager to Assistant Fund Manager on RLAM's Central London Office portfolio.
Working alongside Central London Office Fund Manager, Keith Miller, Stephanie's promotion comes at a time when RLAM is focused on working their existing portfolios in order to extract maximum value. Stephanie joined RLAM's property team in 2006 and has worked across all of RLAM's property funds in her previous role as Asset Manager. Her promotion to Assistant Fund Manager will allow her to focus on several key projects including the development of 44 Dover Street and Eden House in the City. Stephanie has also been driving forward the major refurbishment of four floors at Peninsular House, where she has just agreed a letting of two floors and a new headline rent for the building.
Gareth Dickinson, Head of Property commented:
"We place a great deal of emphasis on building a team of experienced property professionals we are all qualified surveyors and employ a hands-on approach across the team to fund and asset management. We believe this is essential to deliver consistent out performance for our clients. Stephanie's promotion reflects her strong professional development, her continued contribution to the team and her role in building the performance of our funds."
