Scottish Life website offers improved personalised investment support for customers

Thursday, 24 May 2007

New options make navigating website and obtaining customised information smoother and quicker.

Scottish Life, the pensions specialist arm of the Royal London Group, has rolled out changes to its website enabling customers to log into investment screens specific to their policy or scheme.

The change delivers a more tailored service which allows advisers, trustees, employers and policyholders to access information specific to their own requirements. For advisers in particular, this means access to a list of all their clients' investment information, such as default investment strategies; clearer investment information on individual policyholders; and dynamic fund factsheets and performance data.

Nick Leitch, Head of Investment Marketing at Scottish Life, commented:

"The investment section of our website provides comprehensive information on our products and services. With the introduction of personalised investment options, advisers, trustees, employers and policyholders can view customised information without having to find their way through other content. This is in keeping with our drive to continually improve our service to customers and to make information on our products and services easier to access and understand."
