Scottish Life, the pensions specialist arm of the Royal London Group, has launched a new range of employee-focused marketing material for its Retirement Solutions range of corporate pensions. The new material has been designed to help advisers and employers promote pension schemes effectively within the workplace.
The new marketing pack includes a range of material such as posters, payslip inserts, leaflets and guides along with an extensive suite of template text that employers can use in their internal communications to advise staff of the benefits of joining the companys pension scheme. In addition Scottish Life offers a bespoke and new media material service, including co-branded literature, website pages and DVDs, to employers with larger schemes.
Mark Polson, Head of Corporate Business at Scottish Life commented:
Many employers find it difficult to engage their employees interest in joining a pension scheme, but financial planning is vital in order to have a good quality of life in retirement. Our new range of worksite marketing material is designed to help employers explain the benefits of the pension scheme and encourage employees to join up.
