These guides tell you how we manage our with profits fund.
Royal London's has two PPFMs.

A list of the common terms we use in our PPFMs.
All companies who offer or who have offered with profits investments publish a document detailing the way in which they manage the with profits fund. The publication of "Principles and Practices of Financial Management" (or "PPFM") is part of a range of measures introduced by the FSA following its review of with profits.
The FSA also requires us to publish an annual report to with profits policyholders describing how we have complied with the principles and practices detailed in our published PPFMs.
PPFMs are extremely comprehensive as they are designed to provide the necessary information for expert commentators and the FSA to appraise the management of a with profits fund.
For policyholders and the general reader we have a series of guides to the management of our with profits funds. Each guide is in plain English and explains the most important elements of the PPFM in non-technical terms. As we have a wide range of different with profits policies each of the guides covers the management of a particular group of with profits policies. To help you locate the version of the guide that applies to your policy we have a simple navigational tool, which takes the form of a series of questions.
If we sent you an annual statement in 2006 we also sent you the relevant guide. We will send you an updated version of the guide with a future statement if we make any significant changes.
