Annual General Meetings
As a mutual insurer, our members can vote at all general meetings of Royal London.
All members are entitled to vote on the resolutions tabled at a general meeting. This could be by attending the meeting in person, using the proxy voting system by post or via the internet.
Resolutions include board directors up for re-election, proposed changes to our Articles of Association or any other relevant topics.
